Rate: $500/hour
Initially, TIF STAFF will meet with you to mutually determine if our services will fit your needs. There is no charge for this time.
Generally, about 20 hours of consulting services are provided in either deal analysis or specialized training, or 40 hours for both services:
Deal Analysis—including TIF feasibility, gap analysis, cost verification, capital attraction analysis, recommendations, reports, and other applicable services.
Specialized Training— tailored to your needs, based on the concepts from our book “Tax Increment Financing: A Practical Guide for Analyzing TIF Risks, Benefits and Outcomes.”
